Ralph has over 25 years of experience in executive management and construction, including single family homes, multifamily units and commercial real estate projects. Previously he served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer with a national commercial construction and excavation company. In addition, he owned and operated a general contracting firm for 10 years in Texas, specializing in building and remodeling luxury homes. Clients rely on his attention to detail and accurate review of the systems and structure of their homes. When a deficiency is identified, Ralph informs the homeowner immediately and gives them the details of what is needed to correct the problem. He is an excellent project manager and our customers know they can trust him to get reliable professionals to make repairs at a fair price. He has built an extensive network of quality contractors that serve Summit County.Ralph holds bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Financial Planning from Texas Tech University. He is a Certified Property Inspector in Colorado through InterNACHI.

Debbie has over 25 years of experience in business management and strategic planning. Since 2018, she has been specializing in Community Association Management. She enjoys working closely with the Board of Directors for each association to improve the quality of life for their homeowners. Prior to moving to Summit County, Debbie served as the Chief Executive Officer for a management consulting firm, where she worked closely with entrepreneurs to grow their businesses and develop their executive teams. She was also a Partner and the Chief Strategy Officer for an executive recruiting company in Dallas. Her broad professional background and wide range of experience allows her to quickly evaluate the needs of our clients. She consistently puts together the right team of experts to provide the best solutions for any challenge that might arise for our homeowners. She prides herself on delivering the absolute best customer service in the county. Debbie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University with an emphasis in Finance.
